Hi, I’m Misbaudeen Yusuff Adeshina, a digital marketing strategist, award-winning entrepreneur, and leading advocate for remote work in Africa and beyond.
My journey in the digital space began in 2013 when I founded Audience Targeter, helping businesses reach and engage their audience with precision digital messaging.
Between 2016 and 2019, I worked as a freelancer on Fiverr, where I successfully helped over 1,000 businesses with content marketing and website optimization, sharpening my craft and building a global client base.
In 2018, I established Yusadtech, a digital marketing and innovation firm providing full-spectrum services in SEO, content strategy, media buying, and performance optimization. At Yusadtech, we don’t just run campaigns, we build data-driven systems that help businesses grow sustainably.
Recognizing the shifting future of work, I launched Hamtem in 2021, a platform that empowers individuals to find, transition into, and thrive in remote careers. Thousands have benefited from Hamtem’s tools, training, and job-matching features, making it a force for digital opportunity across Africa and beyond.
My desire to see others succeed also led me to establish the Yusuff Adeshina Foundation (YAF) — a nonprofit that provides scholarships, mentorship, and funding to aspiring digital professionals, especially in underrepresented communities.
